Twitter – Car Crash & Daydreams (2009)
July 24th, 2009
Recently, Twitter has been the new social networking program that everyone is talking about. Everyone believes that their life is so special that they should blast every little thing they do out on the internet for people to follow. I am not excluding myself, I guess it is a part of human nature that we never knew that we had until now.
I figured I would try something a little bit different with Twitter that I have not seen anybody else do. I am utilizing its capabilities and technology to be creative with it. I am going to use Twitter to host an experimental book of writings from start to finish.
It will be less of a story and more of a stream-of-consciousness. This way a reader could jump in at any point without being lost. They can also start from the very beginning and work their way up to the most recent post.
Of course there will be some challenges, like getting back into writing on a regular basis. I used to write on a weekly basis when I was teenager, but that was a long time ago. Another challenge will be keeping each post within the 140 characters that Twitter lets you post. I guess that means no rambling.
Not sure how long I am going to do this for, but I am expecting some interesting results.
Ladies and Gentlemen CAR CRASH & DAYDREAMS.
